There is a really easy way to solve this room.
1. Take one heart and smash these two blocks.

2. The pumpkin will fall down and destroy the first row of red blocks.

3. Remove the next wood block. The pumpkin will smash the next row.
Repeat this for every row. This takes long but it's easy.
